Project: StatRoster
Dr. Anu Ganugapati is a practising doctor and the founder of StatDoctor, a platform connecting locum (casual) doctors with smaller hospitals that are in need of doctors. Our project was to build an online rostering system that the hospitals could eventually adopt as their primary rostering system. We built our rostering system with the aim of making it easy to use as the primary users will be older non-technical HR staff. The aim for the future is for StatRoster to integrate with the already functioning StatDoctor application.

Project: Lifestyle Protection CRM
Kam, the owner of Lifestyle Protection, leads an advisory company that acts as the middleman between clients and insurance providers. His goal is to support clients who want insurance but may not be sure which option best suits their personal situation – whether it’s health, family, or finances. Partnered with 90% of Australia’s retail insurers, Kam and his advisers provide free consultations to help clients make confident and informed decisions. Projcet: LucidWorks Customer Management System
Founded by Thuy Mai, LucidWorks is a Melbourne-based company specialising in high-quality, 100% organic soy candles and accessories, including crystals and candle care products. The business has grown significantly, especially in the wholesale market, but faces challenges in managing customer data efficiently. Currently, wholesale leads are tracked across multiple platforms like Zoho and Shopify, leading to disorganisation and missed opportunities. A unified system for managing leads, orders, and communication is now critical for their continued growth.
The CLANK IT CRM system was created to consolidate LucidWorks’ customer data and communications into one interface. Unlike traditional CRMs, it allows data integration from any source, not just Zoho and Shopify. Features include customer and communication tracking, a visual business dashboard, follow-up reminders, and manual order management. This solution will support LucidWorks’ current needs and scales with future business growth.

Project: Monash Paramedicine Exams System
The Monash University Paramedicine Assessment Portal (MUPAP) is a digital marking system designed to streamline the practical examination process at Monash Paramedicine. To date, the department has had to print up to 6,000 paper marking sheets every semester to accommodate the delivery mode of these assessments, where students are evaluated on their ability to respond in simulated emergency scenarios.
MUPAP replaces these paper-based marking sheets with a customisable digital interface, giving teaching staff and students access to an electronic version of the marking sheets both for use in final assessments and for practice purposes. This transition is intended to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and help the department better align themselves with modern digital practices.

No more confusion about when they’re next on the roster! They can also track hours worked.
This system is the perfect blend of functionality and ease-of-use, ensuring a smooth workflow for managers and staff. No more spreadsheets but a system that’s efficient and easy to use.

HQ Alterations is a humble tailoring establishment located in the heart of little Collins Street, providing quality alteration services for every garment imaginable. But the business lacked an online website and thus it struggled to increase its renown in Victoria. That is where our team came in. To help this business acquire the fame their services deserve. The purpose of our project was to develop this missing digital presence. Our solution would be in the form of an aesthetically fitting yet adequately informative website. The platform not only serves to provide key information about the business, their services and working hours, but also possesses functionalities for clients to redeem special discounts and admin staff to log-in and edit the website’s content at a moment’s notice.

Project: Luminance Creations
What good is change when you’ve always done things the same way? This was the core question behind Team 32’s project with Luminance Creations, a makeup and hairstyling business which caters to customers from individuals in the community to those in the entertainment industry. With many clients, jobs and invoices to keep track of, the owner was finding it difficult to cope with her current way of doing things—pages and pages of Excel spreadsheets and scattered notes. She wanted to try a change in her way of doing things. We discussed with her and set out the main project aim: bring together all the important information and processes of the business and give Luminance Creations a fresh new website to brand itself. This includes having a website for her to do all her admin work, such as filling out job details and sending out invoices (no more spreadsheets!) as well as having a dashboard, so she has all her tasks and crucial details summarised. The project also comprises another site for customers to see all the amazing services she had to offer, and they can submit an inquiry for any questions. So, is change any good when she’s always done things the same way? If you’re curious, take a peek and judge for yourself.

Projcet: Property Manual CMS
Mono Apartments, founded in 2015, is an accommodation business located in Melbourne, which offers both short- and long-term accommodation solutions. They manage units in the CBD and outer suburbs and offer their services through the Airbnb online marketplace.
Staff members at Mono Apartments have found that they are spending excessive amounts of time attending to general enquiries made by tenants regarding various amenities in their accommodation. To reduce this time, Mono Apartments is looking to implement a digital manual system for tenants during their stay, offering property specific information related to amenities.
Tenants will now be able to seamlessly access information regarding their property, wi-fi details and various household appliances in an easy-to-use online system.
Our content management system for property manuals saves time for staff members and serves as a useful tool for tenants to navigate their stay with Mono Apartments.
